Service Description
This 6-week course is designed to help you build strong, active mobility that transfers directly into your pole training, improving your lines, transitions, shapes, and overall movement quality. Drawing on principles from Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Emily Laura's Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise training, we'll develop mobility, strength, core control, and coordination throughout the spine, shoulders, ribcage, and hips. You'll learn how to actively control your range, creating flexibility that is both functional and resilient. Each session combines targeted mobility work, active flexibility, strength, and progressive backbend training to help you move with greater confidence, control, and ease. Along the way, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how your body creates backbends, allowing you to train more effectively and get more from your pole practice. Whether you're looking to refine your lines, unlock more expressive movement, or simply build a stronger, more capable body, this course will give you practical tools that continue to benefit your training long after the six weeks are over. Suitable for all levels. No previous backbend experience is required. You do not have to attend live, the recording will be sent to all booked participants and will be available to view for 6 weeks after the end of the course.
