Service Description
4 week Front Splits course. Each class is an hour long, covering nerve glides, mobility, active flexibility and splits drills. Let's get those legs strong and flexible. Please have yoga blocks and a mini loop resistance band. A foam roller will be used for one exercise, but alternatives will be given. Zoom recordings will be sent out within 24hrs of the class. You can replay the class for 6 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Online Class bookings cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. If attending the Live Class, please ensure you are ready at the start time. Failure to attend the warm up will result in you not being permitted to enter the class. If you are provided with a recording of the Live Class with the option to download, it is your responsibility to download the recording within the time frame stated. Extensions of the time frame will be considered on a case by case basis and may incur an admin fee. Each booking is for one participant only. Screen sharing during a Live Class is not permitted unless all participants have booked onto the Live Class. The instructor may remove you from the Live Class if it is suspected that you are Screen Sharing without the necessary bookings. Recordings are for the booked participant only and may not be shared.
