Booking Policy

Please read the following booking policy carefully before purchasing your place on the Edgework Intensive.
Booking & Payment
The full price of the Edgework Intensive is £155.
Payment options are available depending on when you book:
Bookings made before 1 December 2026
£55 payment at the time of booking
£50 due by 31 December 2026
£50 due by 1 February 2027
Bookings made between 1 December 2026 and 31 January 2027
£80 payment at the time of booking
£75 due by 1 February 2027
Bookings made from 1 February 2027
£155 payable in full at the time of booking.
If you choose a payment plan, you will be sent details of how to make your remaining payments upon booking. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see these details in your inbox.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your scheduled payments are made by the relevant due dates. If you have not received the payment details, please contact hello@ontheedge.studio before your payment is due.
By choosing a payment plan, you are committing to the full cost of the Intensive. Your initial payment/deposit is non-refundable, and you remain responsible for all scheduled payments until the full £155 has been paid.
Failure to make a scheduled payment does not cancel your booking or release you from the remaining payment obligation.
Cancellations & Transfers
All places on the Edgework Intensive are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may sell or transfer your place to another student. The arrangement and payment for any transfer or resale of your place is entirely your responsibility.
You must notify Emily Laura by email at hello@ontheedge.studio at least 24 hours before the Intensive if your place has been transferred to another student. Please include the new student's full name and contact details.
The new student must complete the required Intake Form before attending.
Intake Form
All students must complete the Intake Form before attending the Edgework Intensive, regardless of whether you are already a student at The Pole Coven.
The information provided in the Intake Form is required to help ensure that the Edgework Intensive is appropriate and suitable for you.
Failure to complete the Intake Form may result in admission to the Edgework Intensive being refused. In this circumstance, your payment will not be refunded.
